How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Processing time refers to the time required to review, prepare, pack, and hand your order over for shipment after your payment has been successfully received.

Monday through Friday

Excluding weekends and public holidays

Estimated Shipping Time

After processing, standard shipping typically takes:

  • 3-7 business days for orders shipped within the United States

  • 7-14 business days for international orders to other countries

Delivery takes place on:
Monday through Friday

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is:

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days
    (including 2 to 3 business days for processing and 3 to 7 business days for shipping)

  • International (other countries): 9 to 17 business days
    (including 2 to 3 business days for processing and 7 to 14 business days for shipping)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

My tracking number isn’t working

Tracking numbers can take 5 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I need help with a late order

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team via email support@autismhugs.com , we are happy to assist.
